What We Do
Maintenance, Repairs, and Remodeling
- Provide and oversee an in-house maintenance crew
- Establish a preventative maintenance policy to identify and deal with repair needs
- Provide a network of licensed, bonded, and fully insured contractors who have been vetted for good pricing and good work that is up to code
- Assign jobs to different parties (in-house employees, handyman, and professional contractors) based on who will do the best job for the best price

Investor owner services
- Provide recommendations on how the project can maximize rental income
- Maintain and monitor a 24-hour emergency repair hot-line
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates
- Solicit bids for major repairs
- Serve as project manager to oversee work through completion
Unit Turnover
- Perform move-in / move-out cleaning for single family, townhomes, condominiums and apartments. We are committed to providing excellent service and will work to protect the value of your home.
Who We Serve
Our primary customers have been Community & Property Managers. We maintain the common area components in a Homeowners Association Community or Investor owned rental units.
We work with Realtors and Landlords to turn over vacant units. Our team works efficiently with an eye for detail. We clean all bedrooms in the home, including kitchen appliances, cabinets, drawers, and closets. Also in the bathrooms, we remove mildew and soap build-up in tubs and showers. We clean trims, baseboards, window frames and sills (inside), doors, and all light fixtures.
We work with banks to clean out foreclosure units as well as disinfect frequently used office space on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

Rental Management Tenant Screening
M&M Property Services markets each property, using all major search engines, online classifieds, off-site marketing, and direct mail. Available rental properties are also placed on the MLS, Craigslist, HotPads, and other online sites. Prospective tenants are screened for prior evictions, judgments, liens, bankruptcies, criminal history, and creditworthiness.
